If you purchased a flight under the Wanna Get Away® or Wanna Get Away PlusTM fare class and you canceled it at least 10 minutes prior to departure, Southwest Airlines will refund the air portion of your booking as a Southwest Airlines air credit that can be applied to a future trip with Southwest Vacations.

The Wanna Get Away® fare class may have different fares. Anytime, and Business Select® fares can be changed to an air credit or returned to the original mode of payment.

Reserved group bookings will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Travel credits are issued in the name of the adult passengers on the original reservation, are nontransferable and nonrefundable, have no cash value, and are valid for travel beginning within 395 days of the original departure date by expiration date.

Standard change and cancellation policies apply to bookings made with travel credits. On the initial reservation, travel credits will be kept.

Southwest Vacations does not charge any change or cancellation fees for the flight portion of your trip package. Southwest Vacations will apply the value of the reusable air to the new air on the modified reservation in the case of a change.

The same person may use the reusable air value toward future flights if it cannot be allocated to a vacation reservation. Alternatively, you can give your purchased Wanna Get Away PlusTM, Anytime, and Business Select® tickets to another Rapid Rewards® Member.
